OUR STORY
A corner of Chianti, a few steps from Hyde Park Corner.
High in the hills between Florence and Siena lies Panzano, a Tuscan village celebrated for its butchers, vineyards and generous tables. At its heart is the osteria, where neighbours gather, plates are shared and lunch unfolds at its own pace. It is this spirit that we bring to Belgravia.
For Arjun Waney OBE, whose restaurants include Zuma, Coya, La Petite Maison and The Arts Club, Panzano is deeply personal. Inspired by his home in Tuscany and his love of the Chianti countryside, it brings the region’s food and wine to the London neighbourhood he calls home.
Tuscan head chef Paolo leads a seasonal kitchen: handmade pasta, regional specialities, whole fish and well-aged steaks cooked over open coals. A cheese and charcuterie shop offers Tuscan salumi and regional cheeses to enjoy at the table or take home.
Panzano is a place to gather, share generously and stay a little longer.
